Privacy Policy

How Jury Casino Review Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Data controller

Jury Casino Review Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email editorial@jurycasinoreview.co.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, chosen subject and message content.
  • Technical information. Standard server logs record IP address, browser type, referring page, requested page and timestamp. These are used for security and to keep the service running.
  • Analytics. If, and only if, you accept optional cookies, we collect aggregated statistics about which pages are read and how visitors arrive.

We do not collect payment details, financial information, gambling account credentials, or any special category data. We do not operate accounts, forums or user-generated content.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry — legitimate interests, and where you have asked us to act, the steps necessary to respond to your request.
  • To keep the service secure and available — legitimate interests in preventing abuse, fraud and technical failure.
  • To measure readership — your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

4. Advertising and measurement

We may advertise this website through third-party advertising services, including Microsoft Advertising. Those services may set their own cookies or identifiers when you arrive from an advertisement, subject to your consent choice, in order to measure whether a campaign was effective. We never sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles about individuals ourselves.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions — our hosting provider, our email provider and, where consented, our analytics provider — and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. When you click an outbound link to an operator, you leave this website and that operator's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

Contact form correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-up questions and corrections, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months. Your cookie preference is stored in your own browser until you clear it.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to request erasure; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any right, email editorial@jurycasinoreview.co.uk. We respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Children

This website is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport, restricted administrative access and regular software updates. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

11. Cookies

Details of every cookie we use, and how to change or withdraw your choice, are set out in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
