Who we are

Jury Casino Review Ltd is a UK-based publisher. Our desk is made up of editors with backgrounds in consumer finance journalism and compliance. We are not owned by an operator, an affiliate network or a supplier, and no operator has any editorial input into what appears here.

What we cover — and what we refuse to

We cover casino brands that hold a current operating licence from the UK Gambling Commission and are permitted to serve consumers in Great Britain. We do not cover operators licensed only offshore. Those brands may look identical from the outside, but a British consumer using them has no access to national self-exclusion, no protected route to dispute resolution, and no regulator with jurisdiction over the outcome.

We also do not publish tips, systems, predictions or anything that implies gambling can be beaten with method. The house edge is a mathematical property, not a puzzle.

How our reviews are produced

1. Licence verification. We open the Gambling Commission public register and confirm the account number, trading name and status.
2. Account opening. We register as an ordinary customer and complete identity verification, recording every step and every delay.
3. Cashier testing. We deposit and withdraw our own funds using standard UK consumer methods and time the round trip.
4. Terms reading. Bonus terms are read in full and quoted directly, including wagering multiples, conversion caps and expiry.
5. Safer gambling audit. We confirm that limits, reality checks, cooling-off and GAMSTOP self-exclusion exist and work.
6. Scoring and review. A second editor checks the evidence before publication, and scores are reassessed quarterly.

How we are funded

Some outbound links to operators are commercial partnerships. If you open an account through one, we may receive a commission from the operator. It costs you nothing and it changes nothing about what we write. A brand cannot buy a score, a position on the shortlist, or the removal of a criticism. Corrections and complaints

If something on this website is wrong, we want to fix it quickly. Email editorial@jurycasinoreview.co.uk with the page and the detail in question. Corrections to licence records, bonus terms or payout windows are reviewed within two working days, and the review page records when it was last verified.

Complaints about an operator should go to that operator first, then to its independent alternative dispute resolution provider. The Gambling Commission also accepts reports about licensee conduct through its own website.
